We want you to be happy with your GoKnee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within
30 days of the date your GoKnee was delivered.
This 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to GoKnee devices purchased directly from GoKnee, LLC and shipped to an address within the United States. International orders are not eligible for return under this Satisfaction Guarantee.
Step 1: Request Your Return
You must contact GoKnee and request a return within 30 days of the date your GoKnee was delivered.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number), instructions for repackaging your GoKnee, and a return shipping label.
Step 2: Repackage Your GoKnee
Place the GoKnee device, instruction sheet, and all components back into the original box whenever possible.
Please package the GoKnee securely to help prevent damage during return shipping. We strongly recommend using the original GoKnee box, as larger boxes may result in higher shipping costs.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
GoKnee will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved U.S. returns that are initiated within the 30-day return period.
Depending on the return label provided, your package may need to be dropped off with
USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please use the carrier and shipping instructions provided by GoKnee.
Do not return the GoKnee to the address from which it was originally shipped unless GoKnee specifically instructs you to do so.
Step 4: Inspection and Refund
Once your GoKnee is received at our return processing facility, it will be inspected.
If the GoKnee is returned in good condition with all required components and without damage, abuse, or excessive wear, we will issue an approved refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are based on the
purchase price of the GoKnee, less a $50 restocking fee. Original shipping charges and sales tax are not refundable.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
